Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve overall sales goals within the assigned area.

  • Identify, target, and engage potential customers, including distributors and food service operators.

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the food production or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights and strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
