Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of utility systems, includinggas, compressors, chillers Vaccum absorption Machine,plumbing jobs, Bore holes


• Schedule and assign tasks to utility workers, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.


• Monitor utility systems to ensure proper functioning and identify and resolve any issues or maintenance requirements.


• Train and mentor utility workers in the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of utility systems.


• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.


• Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate utility-related activities and projects.


• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,or a related field.


• Proven experience in utility operations, with a minimum of 6 years in a supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of utility systems and their operation and maintenance requirements.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.


• Familiarity with applicable safety regulations and standards and the ability to ensure compliance.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
