Job Description

• Instruct students in proper knife skills and other baking utensils, dress code, sanitation, and fundamental cooking & baking techniques.


• Must be able to evaluate students' performance through testing and practical exams.


• Pastery chefs must be a professionals in pastery and bakery.


• Should have worked in a vocational training school as a catering instructor.


• Minimum of 5 years working experience.

Job Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Catering / Hospitality Management, Vocational Certificate / Diploma in Catering Service.
