As a Sales Manager for either Spare Parts, Generators, Solar Energy, or Heavy Trucks at SANY, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our generator business in Nigeria. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase market share, expand customer base, and achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

  • Identify and target potential customers in the generator market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and dealers.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability.

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve performance objectives.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Provide sales reports and forecasts to management.


Qualifications & Experiences:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the construction or industrial machinery industry.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Spare Parts, Generators, Solar Energy, or Heavy Trucks market and industry trends.
