Sales personnel must have experience in large-scale solar energy, home appliances, and mobile phone sales in West Africa. Those with more than 3 years of team leadership experience and excellent sales performance will be given priority. Those who can travel frequently and have sales channel resources will be given priority.

Those without industry experience and management team experience will not be hired, and those without industry resources will not be disturbed.

Promotion mechanism and standards

Promotion path: BD→BDM→NSM→senior management position.

Salary Approximately 800,000 Naira (including basic salary + allowance + commission)
