Job Summary



  • The ideal candidate should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and Technology driven person who can identify client needs & provide solution.

  • Our company is looking for sales executives to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals.

  • Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

  • In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in the sales industry is required.


Job Responsibilities



  • Collaborates with Supervisor & Business Head in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.

  • Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.

  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

  • Technology savvy to conduct sales meetings & discussions so as to present the available products

  • Understand client needs & propose apt solutions based on right Technology

  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Supervisor.

  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.

  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.

  • Provides monthly/quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.

  • Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

  • Collaborates with Supervisor to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

  • Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.

  • Participate in sales promotion and trade show expenses. 


Job Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

  • Passion for sales

  • Team Management skills

  • High learning agility- Product Knowledge

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Ability to collect and compile relevant data.

  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.

  • Works well independently and as part of a team.

  • Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.

  • Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
