Support the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans by analyzing production trends, operational performance, and market conditions, providing insights to key stakeholders.
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various assets, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for improvement.
Analyze production data, operational data, and trends to provide actionable insights that drive performance and operational efficiency.
Identify potential risks to asset performance and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of company targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. Masters or higher degree will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in planning, performance management or related in an upstream oil & gas company.
Strong understanding of planning and performance principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,) and planning software (e.g., Oracle).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
