The Production WRFM (Wells Reservoir and Facility Management) Lead will be responsible for optimizing production performance and maximizing the value of hydrocarbon production within the asset ensuring maximum recovery and efficient operation
Ensure facilities’ integrity, reliability, and optimal performance
Lead the development and implementation of production optimization strategies
Oversee the processes involved in reservoir management, including reservoir modelling and simulation.
Drive short to medium-term surveillance and optimisation of production and injection systems (from the reservoir to product custody transfer points) while maintaining acceptable asset integrity and HSSE management standards.
Work with the Production Geoscientists, Production and Petroleum Engineers, Gas Process Engineers, Well & Completion Engineer and others to achieve production objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant discipline is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in production engineering, WRFM, or a related field in an upstream company.
Experience with production optimization techniques and reservoir management best practices.
Strong technical expertise in well, reservoir, and facilities management.
Knowledge of WRFM principles, production optimisation techniques, and best practices.
Experience in managing WRFM operations in both onshore and offshore environments.
Proficient in using data analysis software and tools for WRFM performance evaluation.
Experience in the Niger Delta/Rivers region is essential
