Develop, review, and maintain preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for all equipment, including rotating machinery, static equipment, pipelines, and electrical systems.
Create detailed job plans, including task lists, labor, tools, materials, and equipment requirements.
Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety, and production impact.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance activities to minimize production interruptions.
Generate and issue work orders, assigning appropriate priority levels and tracking progress through to completion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance planning within the oil and gas industry, preferably in a production facility.
Certification in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling (e.g., SMRP, CMRP) is preferred.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as API, ISO, and OSHA.
