The HR Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring that the HR function supports the business objectives of the company.
Designing recruitment strategies and procedures for attracting high-quality candidates.
Mediating disputes and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
Overseeing the development and roll-out of the performance management systems and efforts of the organization, from ensuring the right goals are set, to providing guidance to staff during appraisals and ensuring line managers provide feedback.
Identifying training needs and creating or sourcing appropriate development programs in collaboration with line managers and the Group L& D Team.
Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures as & when required in accordance with employment laws & regulations.
Overseeing and managing the employee compensation and benefits structure.
Overseeing the maintenance and updating of employee records and HR databases
Requirements
B.Sc. Degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
Minimum of 7 years’ work experience, with a part of that in the Oil & Gas industry.
Process Oriented.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team and build effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
