Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk / Admin Officer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the academy. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and online, and will manage various administrative tasks to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and students at the front desk.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document preparation, and supply management.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of classes and events.
- Support the management team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Admin Officer.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
