Job Description



We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk / Admin Officer to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the academy. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and online, and will manage various administrative tasks to support our business operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and students at the front desk.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, filing, and data entry.

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document preparation, and supply management.

  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure the smooth running of classes and events.

  • Support the management team with additional tasks as needed.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Admin Officer.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A friendly and professional demeanor.
