Job Responsibilities
Able to crystalize management ideas to generate business opportunities and maximize factory operations
Drive revenue consistently for business profitability
Manage the different shift operations and coordinate production process
Regularly conduct risk analysis and manage risk for all project
Execute outbound and third-party marketing campaigns with precision.
Ensure meticulous follow-up and recording of all sales activities and communications
Maintain accurate and timely business forecasts, with a 12-month rolling view.
Source prospect information for both vertical and ad-hoc lead generation initiatives.
Ensure that account, opportunity, and forecast information is up to date and accurate at all times.
Coordinate and confidently deliver customer presentations and demonstrations.
Actively share competitive intelligence with appropriate internal contacts.
Deliver accurate monthly reports to the manager.
Facilitate seamless communication between relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees in Business Management, Engineering
4+ years relevant work experience in business development, production management or operations
Operation experience from Oil & Gas, construction, automobile maintenance or food production with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Street-smart and experienced in deploying different initiatives to attract and onboard clients through targeted marketing strategies
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional production management skills
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential.
