Description

• To follow top management instruction and plan / Execute the jobs accordingly. In additional to that Ensure the Equipment availability on allotted Sections in the plant by following proper preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and spares maintenance.


• Follow up 52Weeks Preventive maintenance planner.


• Executing Condition monitoring plan.


• Executing Greasing schedule for all required equipment’s.


• Execute the preventive maintenance jobs and to be Recorded on log book on daily basis.


• All critical major equipment’s ensure special care in place.


• Solving day to day Problems in plant operation.


• All required spares to be listed out and give to concern for making procurement process.


• Stoppage Analysis to be carried out for day to day equipment breakdowns and action plan to be made to overcome the same in the future.


• Bottleneck in their particular section to be identified and elevated to their top management on timely basis.


• Ensure compliance of all electrical equipment in accordance with DCP/local safety regulations.


• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head, Electrical Maintenance.


• Oversee technical staffs in the performance of their duties and provide expertise as required.


• Enforce accident prevention and occupational health work procedures and regulations.


• Ensure safekeeping of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / HND degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.


• Minimum of Nine (9) years of post-qualification experience.


• Good knowledge of cement products and cement manufacturing processes


• Extensive knowledge electrical engineering.


• Good knowledge of safety legislation and rules


• Good knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and TPM


• Good oral and written communication skills.


• Organizational Awareness.


• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
