Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Operational Workers to support various tasks within our Power Workshop. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and maintenance of power equipment and systems.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or relevant experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in a workshop environment or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and machinery operation.
