  • The ideal candidates primary roles will be to conduct thorough audits across our organization's operations, processes, and procedures to guarantee alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and internal protocols.

  • You will also be tasked to scrutinize documentation, procedures, and systems to pinpoint potential areas of non-compliance or risk.

  • Scrutinize documentation, procedures, and systems to pinpoint potential areas of non-compliance or risk.

  • Engage in interviews with employees and stakeholders to gather insights into compliance practices and areas for enhancement.

  • Analyze audit outcomes and create comprehensive reports detailing compliance gaps and recommended corrective measures.

  • Work closely with management and stakeholders to execute corrective strategies and address compliance deficiencies.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure continual compliance with regulations.

  • Remain updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, integrating necessary updates into compliance protocols.

  • Aid in developing and implementing compliance training initiatives for staff members.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution; additional qualifications such as a Master's degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.

  • Qualified lawyer with proven experience minimum of atleast 2 years

  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, with the ability to effectively represent the company's interests in legal proceedings.

  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues and communicate them clearly and concisely.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all work products and interactions.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
