Job Summary

• We are looking for a Chinese translator and food studio assistant to translate Chinese pastries and desserts into English or other target languages.


• As a member of our food studio team, you will assist in training food chefs, tracking customer needs, and solving customer after-sales services.


• And provide professional translation services in business negotiations, meetings and other occasions

Responsibilities

• Translation work: Accurately and fluently translate Chinese documents into English or other target languages.


• Training work: Assist the food studio owner to train trainees and train food chefs


• Customer management: Enter and manage customer information, track customer needs and continuously improve service quality to solve customer after-sales service problems.

Requirements

• Proficient in Chinese and English, with good translation skills.


• Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT


• Good communication skills and team spirit.


• Those with relevant work experience are preferred.
