Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier tech professionals, with a specific focus on filling senior roles within the financial services industry. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technology landscape and the financial services sector, as well as a strong ability to manage client relationships and meet recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the financial services sector to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and networks to source, attract, and engage with high-caliber tech professionals, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural requirements of the roles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and developments within the tech and financial services sectors to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the ability to identify key talent within the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
