Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier tech professionals, with a specific focus on filling senior roles within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.

  • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the ability to identify key talent within the industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
