Baldon Clothiers Limited is looking to hire a store officer who is passionate about the business of fashion and can adapt to the culture of the organization.
The ideal candidate will support the store manager in ensuring that daily deliverables are been met.
Responsibilities
Take accurate measurement of clients for tailoring services.
Receive fabric for stocking and ensure proper labelling and measurement.
Follow through the ordering process of walk-in clients (Measurement, Shows product options, Ascertain order, and process the order).
Document items that go to the factory for production, also document processed orders from the factory.
Ensure proper inventory on all stock available at the store and inform the Store Manager when a stock is running low.
Ensure that Clients processed orders are labeled/parked accurately and stored properly.
Ensure customers are contacted via text or calls to notify them for pickup.
Disburse Orders to clients duly.
Ensure the fabric store area is always organized.
Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft office tools and related.
Self-starter and detail oriented.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
