Key Purpose of the Job




  • The Sales Team Lead will play a pivotal role in steering the sales operations of Mediflex Industries PVT LTD encompassing domestic and international markets. This position entails overseeing and managing a dynamic team of Sales Executives across multiple states, regionswithin the country, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.

  • The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive business growth, achieve and exceed revenue targets, and expand market share.

  • Additionally, the individual will champion team development by mentoring and motivating Sales Executives to enhance their performance and professionalism.

  • They will also build and nurture long-term customer relationships, leveraging market insights to promote the company's medical products and services effectively. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and upholding the company’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities




  • Supervise, mentor, and assess the performance of Sales Executives across all assigned regions.

  • Provide regular feedback and organize targeted training sessions to enhance skills and improve team productivity.

  • Develop a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration within the sales team.

  • Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass company revenue and growth objectives.

  • Ensure alignment of team activities with overall business goals and strategic direction.

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and geographical footprint.

  • Meet Sales targets, track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to ensure all targets are met or exceeded.

  • Conduct regular reviews of sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to drive loyalty and repeat business.

  • Oversee and support engagements between Sales Executives and high-value customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to design, execute, and evaluate campaigns that complement sales strategies.

  • Foster interdepartmental cooperation to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

  • Prepare detailed and actionable sales reports for management, including revenue forecasts, performance insights, and recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of team activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions.

  • Oversee sales operations in the field, ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance.

  • Coordinate logistics and resource allocation for regional sales teams to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

  • Adapt sales approaches and tactics based on evolving market dynamics.

  • Lead the team in representing the company at sales meetings, conferences, training sessions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.

  • Champion the company’s mission, values, and product offerings in all customer interactions.

  • Ensure all Sales Executives adhere to company guidelines, protocols, and industry regulations.

  • Address any compliance issues promptly to mitigate risks and uphold organizational standards.



Qualifications

Education:




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • MBA or professional certification in sales/marketing is an added advantage.



Experience:




  • 3 - 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in the medical sector.

  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet or exceed targets.



Skills:

  • Outstanding Negotiation, Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

  • Proven ability to meet targets and goals.
