Job Summary:




  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, management, and reporting. The CFO will play a key role in driving business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:



Financial Planning and Management:




  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies, plans, and policies.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.



Financial Reporting and Compliance:




  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

  • Oversee preparation of financial statements, reports, and filings.

  • Coordinate audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.



Financial Analysis and Decision Support:




  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.

  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.



Treasury and Funding:




  • Manage cash flow, funding, and treasury operations.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.



Leadership and Team Management:




  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.



Requirements:




  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACA, CMA) preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO, Finance Director).



Skills:




  • Strong financial planning, analysis, and reporting skills.

  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
