Job Summary
	- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Financial Officer to handle our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled financial executive with a proven track record of driving financial growth, optimizing operations, and mitigating risk. As a key member of our team, the finance officer will play a crucial role in shaping our company's long-term financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
	- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
	- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
	- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts.
	- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial health and progress.
Financial Operations:
	- Oversee all aspects of accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
	- Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
	- Implement robust internal controls and compliance procedures.
	- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
Risk Management:
	- Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
	- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
	- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills
	- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
	- MBA is an added advantage
	- CPA, CFA or ICAN certification is highly desirable.
	- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
	- Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
	- Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic thinking.
	- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
	- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
	- Proficiency in financial software, Microsoft applicationsand systems.
