Salary Budget: N250,000 (commission is available)
Our client is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to grow the revenue and Distribution Channels (excluding Open Market) of their business, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all distributor and resellers acquisition and retention
- Motivate Sales Team to meet agreed target
- Increase Business Revenue and Revenue Growth Rate
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales through retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
- Identify and secure partnerships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement plans as necessary
- Administrate customer database on email marketing platforms
- Achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies
- Prepare and complete the marketing action plan
- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
- Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
- Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements
- Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits
- Optimize revenue from all sales channels, retailers, affiliates, etc
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty, cosmetic, or hair care industry
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Marketing Proficiency: Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management, and campaign creation
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving business objectives
- Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform sales and marketing strategies
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Creativity: Innovative mindset with the ability to design compelling marketing campaigns.
