Reports To: Sales Manager
Position Purpose
The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling the company’s products/services. The role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and achieving set sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
	- Sales Growth
	
		- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
 
		- Conduct cold calls, prospect for leads, and nurture sales pipelines.
 
		- Convert prospects into new customers and grow existing accounts.
 
	
	 
	- Client Management
	
		- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
 
		- Conduct regular service reviews to address client needs and expectations.
 
	
	 
	- Market Intelligence
	
		- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
 
		- Share insights to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
 
	
	 
	- Product Knowledge
	
		- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
 
		- Deliver product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
 
	
	 
	- Reporting
	
		- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
 
		- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
 
	
	 
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
	- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
 
	- Minimum of 6-8 sales calls per day.
 
	- Acquisition of at least 3-4 new clients per month.
 
	- Timely submission of sales and pipeline reports.
 
Qualifications and Requirements
	- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 
	- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
 
	- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 
	- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
 
	- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
