Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to drive employee engagement and foster a collaborative workplace.
- Expertise in designing and implementing L&D programs.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- High proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is preferred.
