Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Sales: Identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Promote and sell PayCare’s products and services, such as business accounts, personal accounts, and payment solutions. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive customer acquisition. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into loyal customers.
- Merchant and Customer Onboarding: Onboard merchants, business clients, and individual customers onto the PayCare platform. Ensure that all onboarding processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Focus on customer retention and loyalty through excellent service and support.
- Market Research and Strategy Development: Conduct research to understand market needs, identify potential customers, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze competitor strategies and adapt sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Use customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve offerings.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Close sales deals efficiently, maintaining a balance between customer satisfaction and company goals.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track personal sales performance and monitor customer acquisition metrics. Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Use performance data to develop action plans for achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work with the marketing team to align on strategies that support lead generation and sales growth.
Experience Requirements
- (2-5 years):
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition, including cold calling and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Hands-on experience in managing customer relationships and resolving client concerns. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and drive growth.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Certifications (Optional): Sales-related certifications, such as Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), are an added advantage.
