Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Facility Officer to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that our buildings, equipment, and services meet the needs of the organization and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the facility.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Manage building security, cleaning, and landscaping services.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor facility budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in facility management software is an advantage.
