What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
- Proven sales management experience – the candidate would have at least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in a high-activity sales environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making and presentation skills
- Tech-savy with experience using CRM tools and sales software.
- A commercial mindset balancing outcomes to suit customers, dealers and commercial partners, generating win-wins.
