- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's services and brand.
- Manage and oversee the firm’s digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, print, and online advertising.
- Create engaging content for the firm’s website, blog, and social media channels to attract and retain clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Organize and execute events, webinars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with the firm’s business objectives and client needs.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers.
- Ensure the firm’s branding and messaging are consistent across all marketing channels and materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of or certification in law-related courses is an added advantage.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
