A Health- related organization in Kwara State seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Personal Assistant to the MD/ Secretary. 



Responsibilities 




  • Assist the MD with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis.

  • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications, on behalf of the MD.

  • Organize logistics of board meetings and other key internal meetings.

  • Maintain records of decisions and ensure action items are clearly recorded for the MD.

  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the MD.

  • Organise meetings and ensure the MD is well prepared for those meetings.

  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.

  • Maintain the MD office systems, including data management and filing.

  • Collate and file expenses on behalf of the MD

  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/ administrative systems in the office of the MD.

  • Manage MD diary, assessing priority of appointments and re-allocation as necessary.

  • Booking and arranging travels, transport and accommodation.

  • Screen calls, enquires and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.

  • Any other duties as may be required by the MD.



Minimum Requirements 




  • A Bachelor’s degree holder or its equivalent in business administration, accounting, finance or a related field.

  • A minimum of five years work experience in administrative and personal assistant roles, at the executive level.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
