Job Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic fashion marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, and influencer partnerships) to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Marketing.
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn) to grow brand presence.
- Create visually appealing content (graphics, reels, stories) aligned with fashion trends and brand identity.
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and photographers for branded campaigns.
- Monitor trends in fashion and digital marketing to keep content fresh and relevant.
Email & CRM Marketing:
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, abandoned cart flows).
- Segment audiences for personalized messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
- Analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR) and optimize strategies.
Paid Advertising (PPC & Paid Social):
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic and sales.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor ROI and adjust budgets to maximize performance.
SEO & Website Optimization:
- Optimize website content (product descriptions, blogs) for SEO to improve organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research for fashion-related terms and implement on-site SEO best practices.
- Analyze website traffic (Google Analytics) and suggest UX/UI improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track KPIs (engagement, conversion rates, ROAS) across all digital channels.
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing tools and emerging trends in fashion e-commerce.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing (fashion, beauty, or e-commerce preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Suite).
Soft Skills:
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities.
- Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Woo-commerce, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and UGC (user-generated content) strategies.
