Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and overall infrastructure of our facilities. This role involves supervising facility operations, ensuring a safe and functional environment, and managing budgets and vendor contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building-related activities including maintenance, repairs, and renovations


• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards


• Supervise staff and external contractors


• Develop and manage facility budgets


• Maintain records of inspection and maintenance reports


• Coordinate space management and allocation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Management, or related field


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management


• Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)


• Excellent project management and leadership skills
