Job Summary:
We are recruiting an enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in overseeing store operations, managing teams, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Location: Lekki Phase 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing daily operations and supervising team members
- Support in inventory control and stock management
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
- Monitor employee performance and support training initiatives
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a supermarket
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays
