Job Summary:



We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated graduate trainees to join our growing sales team. As a  Sales Executive Graduate Trainee, you will undergo intensive training and gain hands-on experience in field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Promote and sell telecom products and services to new and existing customers within assigned locations.

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and cold calls.

  • Engage customers directly, explain product benefits, and close sales effectively.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions and uphold brand standards.

  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.

  • Submit timely sales reports and market feedback to the supervisor.

  • Support in organizing promotional activities and community activation events.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify business opportunities.



Requirements:




  • Recent graduate (OND/HND/B.Sc.) in any discipline; no prior experience required.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Energetic, goal-driven, and result-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
