A Premium Edutainment & Safe Haven for Children (Ages 2–13) located in Lagos is seeking a seasoned Expatriate General Manager to lead their flagship Lagos branch. The successful candidate must be experienced in hospitality or family entertainment and ready to build something extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full operational setup and launch
- Lead recruitment and training of all department heads
- Implement child safeguarding policies and operational standards
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Manage budgets and performance metrics
- Ensure seamless coordination across lodges, spa, cinema, restaurants, and event center
Requirements:
- Expatriate
- 8+ years senior leadership experience
- Background in hospitality, leisure, childcare, or family entertainment
- Strong operational systems knowledge
- Proven ability to manage large teams
- High emotional intelligence and crisis management capability
