A Premium Edutainment & Safe Haven for Children (Ages 2–13) located in Lagos is seeking a seasoned Expatriate General Manager to lead their flagship Lagos branch. The successful candidate must be experienced in hospitality or family entertainment and ready to build something extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full operational setup and launch


• Lead recruitment and training of all department heads


• Implement child safeguarding policies and operational standards


• Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence


• Manage budgets and performance metrics


• Ensure seamless coordination across lodges, spa, cinema, restaurants, and event center

Requirements:

• Expatriate


• 8+ years senior leadership experience


• Background in hospitality, leisure, childcare, or family entertainment


• Strong operational systems knowledge


• Proven ability to manage large teams


• High emotional intelligence and crisis management capability
