Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all retail operations and store performance.


• Develop and implement retail strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.


• Monitor sales performance, inventory control, and merchandising standards.


• Lead, train, and manage retail teams to achieve operational excellence.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and standards.


• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform business decisions.


• Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in retail management.


• Compulsory certifications: SMEI, CPSL, NASP.


• Strong leadership, operational, and people management skills.


• Proven experience in sales growth and retail performance management.


• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
