Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate loan/credit applications in line with company credit policies.
- Conduct credit analysis, background checks, and verification of customer information.
- Approve, recommend, or decline credit requests based on risk assessment.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate customer credit records.
- Identify potential credit risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and recovery teams to ensure smooth credit operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and guidance on credit-related matters.
Requirements & Qualifications
- ND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in credit analysis, lending, or related roles (fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level roles).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of credit processes and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
