Role Summary

• The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily logistics operations, ensuring inventory moves accurately, safely, and on schedule.


• You will lead the floor team to hit productivity targets while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Manage receiving, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.


• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.


• Conduct cycle counts and maintain WMS data accuracy.


• Optimize floor layout and streamline fulfillment processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.


• Prior experience in the FMCG sector is an added advantage.
