Role Overview
- The Commercial Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by sourcing new business, closing profitable deals, and managing key accounts within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets within the logistics and freight forwarding market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Manage key accounts and collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Handle customer issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, manage the sales pipeline, and report performance using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage with 3–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Relevant Freight Forwarding experience is essential.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
