Job Summary
- The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for driving property sales performance, managing and coaching a sales team, developing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders.
- This role requires a hands‑on sales leader with a proven track record in real estate sales and team management.
- This role is best suited for candidates who can sell personally and lead strategically—not just manage from behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual property sales targets
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of property sales executives and agents
- Drive sales of residential and/or commercial properties from marketing to closing
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with marketing on property launches, site inspections, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Revenue and unit sales targets achieved
- Conversion rate from leads to closed sales
- Sales team productivity and retention
- Pipeline accuracy and forecasting
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in real estate sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding property sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Solid understanding of the Abuja property market (preferred)
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage pipelines effectively
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
