Key Responsibilities




  • Attend to online customers and handle enquiries professionally.

  • Process shipments and provide accurate information on services and charges.

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and follow up until resolution.

  • Maintain proper documentation of transactions and customer interactions.

  • Ensure a positive customer experience aligned with company standards.

  • Support daily branch operations as required.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.

  • Prior experience in customer service (logistics experience is an advantage).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.

  • Basic computer literacy.

  • Must reside within or close to Ojodu Berger and its environs.
