Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our client’s dealer network across the Abuja and North Central region. The ideal candidate will drive sell-out growth, strengthen dealer relationships, and improve regional distribution penetration for Air Conditioners and Consumer electronics. This role requires strong channel management expertise, performance tracking capability, and the ability to execute brand visibility initiatives at the retail level.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.


• 5 - 8 years experience in sales, with at least 3 years in regional management role.


• Proven experience in regional sales management within consumer electronics or home appliances.


• Strong dealer/channel management background.


• Demonstrated ability to drive sell-out growth and manage distribution networks.


• Strong Understanding of North central market dynamics.
