- As a Hotel waitress you ensures a high-quality dining experience by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages promptly, and maintaining cleanliness.
- You provide excellent customer service, handle payments, and often recommend menu items, requiring strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Greet patrons, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Order Management: Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the POS system, ensuring special dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
- Service Delivery: Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen to tables efficiently, following proper etiquette and serving protocols.
- Table Maintenance: Clean, clear, and reset tables promptly between services, maintaining sanitation standards.
- Payment Handling: Prepare itemized bills, process payments (cash/credit), and handle transactions accurately.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or high-volume restaurant setting is preferred.
