Job Summary

• The Marketer will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote financial products and services, foster relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities.


• Responsibilities include implementing campaigns, conducting market research to understand and anticipate client needs, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales objectives and expand outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields


• Experience in the financial or microfinance sector is an advantage


• Strong skills in Marketing, Digital Marketing, and communication strategies


• Experience in Research, Market Analysis, and identifying target audiences


• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Plans, Campaign Strategies, and Event Management plans


• Proficiency in Networking, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Engagement


• Understanding of Microfinance principles and financial products


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
