Role Overview

• Codesquad is looking to hire Product Managers to drive product strategy, development, and delivery for our innovative projects.


• You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet business goal, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, planning, design, development, and launch activities.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to define product requirements and roadmaps.


• Translate user needs and business objectives into actionable product features and specifications.


• Monitor project progress, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.


• Collect and analyze user feedback to drive continuous product improvement.


• Support testing, quality assurance, and post-launch support to ensure high product standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related fields


• 1 - 3 years of experience in product management or related roles.


• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.


• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Familiarity with product management and analytics tools such as Figma and Notion.
