About the Role

• We are looking for a creative and result-driven Marketer to join our team.


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, driving sales, increasing brand awareness,and developing strong customer relationships.


• You must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s products/services to new and existing customers.


• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.


• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.


• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline).


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Prepare weekly sales/marketing reports and track KPIs.


• Attend marketing events, exhibitions, activations, and field visits.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.


• Minimum of 1 year in the marketing field.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.


• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.


• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
