  • Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental dishes according to approved recipes and quality standards.

  • Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

  • Plan and organize daily food production for both savory meals and baked items.

  • Ensure proper seasoning, portion control, and attractive plating of all dishes.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.

  • Monitor inventory of food supplies and baking ingredients; report shortages promptly.

  • Properly store raw materials and finished products to prevent spoilage and waste.

  • Operate kitchen and baking equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, fryers, and grills.

  • Assist in menu development by suggesting new meal options and pastry creations.

  • Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, especially during peak hours.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years of working experience.
