Job Summary




  • We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Brand & Content Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s storytelling across all channels.

  • This role will manage our blog, lead article creation, oversee social media presence, and handle company communications, including email campaigns and in-app messaging.



Key Responsibilities

Blog Management & Content Creation:




  • Plan, research, write, andedit engaging blog articles aligned with our brand voice and SEO goals.

  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts for fresh, relevant topics.

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy across all company platforms.

  • Create engaging posts (text, image, and video) that drive audience engagement and growth.

  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content for better results.



Company Communications & Optimisation of Paid Ads:




  • Draft, design, and send email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotions).

  • Write and schedule in-app messages and push notifications to keep customers informed and engaged.

  • Ensure all communication reflects brand tone and is clear, concise, and impactful.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience as a brand and content specialist or related field

  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Intercom (or other email marketing platforms), and social media management tools.

  • Creative mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Experience in A/B testing for emails and social media campaigns.

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

  • Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
