Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Graduate Trainee to join our finance team.


• This role is designed to provide hands-on training and exposure to core accounting functions, financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers


• Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations


• Assist with data entry into accounting systems


• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation


• Support payroll processing and expense tracking


• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports


• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures


• Provide administrative support to the finance department

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Basic understanding of accounting principles


• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools


• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage
