Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible to lead its financial operations and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and advisory to Executive Management


• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning


• Manage cash flow, treasury, and investment strategy


• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial governance


• Supervise Accounting, audit, tax functions


• Develop financial risk management

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA is an advantage)


• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.


• Must hold a recognized professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA or its equivalent).


• Expert in financial reporting, tax regulation, and risk management.


• Exceptional leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
