Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, proactive, and customer-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales performance.


• The Assistant Showroom Manager will support the Showroom Manager in overseeing store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily showroom operations


• Supervise sales representatives and provide guidance


• Ensure excellent customer service experience


• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking


• Handle customer complaints professionally


• Support sales target achievement and promotional campaigns


• Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness


• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (electronics store experience is an advantage).


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Good knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and gadgets.


• Basic computer skills (Excel & POS systems).


• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
